Not all event tickets offer the money back guarantee option. TICKET BUREAU states clearly all events which are eligible for this service. For events not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee or if the customer has not purchased this service with their tickets, TICKET BUREAU has the final decision as to whether or not the order may be cancelled and refunded. If the cancellation is accepted, there will be a minimum 10% of cancellation fees retained by TICKET BUREAU from the total amount paid.
Refund guarantee:
Refund guarantee in case you cannot attend the event. Valid until 48 hours before. This option is only valid for the clients who pay this service.

Several SECURE options are offered: UPS local and International recorded home delivery, hotel delivery, ticket office and city centre collection points.
